The Tantus B-Bomb Vibrating Silicone Anal Plug:
I was really pretty excited to receive this particular toy for a couple reasons.

1. It’s the first Tantus product I’ve had the pleasure to own. After reading many rave reviews and becoming familiar with the company and the people who worth there, I’ve been lusting for something, anything, to try.

2. I’ve been wanting an anal toy that vibrates. I’ve never actually tried one, but a couple months ago, a partner of mine wanted to use one of my bullets on me anally. I said no, because, you know, what if it didn’t come out? But ever since then, I’ve been dying to get an anal vibe.

So when Babeland.com offered up the Tantus B-Bomb, I very nearly squeeed out loud. The very thing I’ve been dying to try was on its way!

The Specs:
The B-Bomb is a 100% silicone anal plug 4 1/4 inches long, 3 1/4 inches insertable, with a circumference of 4 1/4 inches and a diameter of 1 1/4 inches. It is non-porous and phthalates-free. As with all silicone, this is boilable, bleachable and dishwasher friendly. It’s texture is smooth and shiny as opposed to some silicone which has a matte surface. The core is hollow to make room for the waterproof mini-bullet that is paired with this plug to bring you the vibrating function. The bullet takes 3 watch batteries which are included. It’s best to use a lube that is not silicone based as using a silicone lube can cause damage to a silicone toy.

Using the word “silicone” three times in one sentence? Damn, I’m good!

The Pros
Now that we have our basic description out of the way, lets talk about how this thing felt in my ass, shall we?

Yes, I thought that was a good idea too.

In a nutshell: Fantastic

I was dismayed at first, to realize my lube was not to be used for this trial as it was silicone based (Yes, I knew it was before, but hadn’t given any thought to needing lube until the time came).

Not to worry, I spent 8 years with a man who insisted upon loads of anal sex sans lube (I don’t care what anyone says, spit is not lube…it’s better than nothing I guess, but it’s not lube!)

So, without further ado (or lube) I slid the plug between my ass cheeks, but I did not insert it. I turned it on and pressed it against the entrance to my ass.
I was lying on my back, so the bed below me held it firmly in place while I broke out my new favorite bullet (more on that later). As things heated up and my hips began to move (like they do) I realized later than I was instinctively pushing the plug into my ass as I came down on it. I was surprised by how easily it was quickly and fully inserted.
The slick, smooth texture really made for a painless (in spite of being lubeless) insertion.

Note for Beginners: As someone who has been participating in anal play for years, I am pretty skilled at inserting toys without much pain or wear and tear on the anal bits. If you are new or suffer the least bit of discomfort, make sure you DO use lube.

The vibrations were not particularly strong, but I found that I didn’t really mind. While I require strong, throbbing vibrations for clitoral and vaginal stimulation, I found I was quite happy with the less intense vibrations for anal stimulation. Happy enough to leave it in and start over after orgasm, three times.

The Cons?
I have read a couple other reviews on this product and they have mentioned a problem with …shall we say, plug ejection during orgasm.
I did not suffer from this, however I suspect it was due to the aforementioned lack of lube. So, that possibility is something to keep in mind.

Quite honestly, other than the possibility of replacing expensive watch batteries, I cannot think of much I found to be negative about this toy. I plan to use it well and often (i.e. as often as my battery budget allows).
